Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RenGen AI Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Credit Purchases

RenGen AI Studio uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased upfront and consumed as you use our AI generation features.

Important: Since AI generations consume computing resources instantly upon use, credits that have already been consumed (used for image generation) are non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A full or partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

Payment Error: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
Credits Not Received: If a payment was successfully processed but credits were not added to your account within 24 hours.
Service Failure: If our service experienced a major outage that prevented you from using your purchased credits for an extended period.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Credits that have already been consumed for AI generations.
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image quality (since AI results vary based on input quality).
Unused credits in accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to Terms of Use violations.
Free credits provided during signup.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at rengenaistudio@gmail.com with the following details:

Your registered email address.
Razorpay Payment ID or Transaction ID.
Reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation

RenGen AI Studio does not operate on a subscription model. There are no recurring charges to cancel. You simply purchase credits when you need them. If you wish to close your account entirely, please contact us at rengenaistudio@gmail.com.
