Welcome to RenGen AI Studio. By accessing or using our application and website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Account Registration

You must provide a valid, working email address to register for an account.
You must verify your email address before accessing the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

2. Credits & Payments

RenGen AI Studio operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation action consumes a specific number of credits.
New users receive 15 free credits upon email verification.
Additional credits can be purchased through our in-app pricing plans via Razorpay.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Upload images that you do not have the right to use.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the Service.
Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system.
Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

Images you upload remain your property.
AI-generated images produced through the Service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use.
The RenGen AI Studio brand, logo, and software are the intellectual property of RenGen and are protected by copyright law.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated images may not always be perfectly accurate or realistic. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet specific expectations. Results may vary based on input image quality and AI model performance. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving generated images before commercial use.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, including but not limited to: abusing the free credit system, uploading prohibited content, or engaging in fraudulent payment activity. Unused credits in terminated accounts will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

RenGen AI Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
